Preparing for what I hoped would be a geomagnetic storm at Glacier, I scouted the West side in daylight. But once darkness arrived and the storm hit G4, I found myself in the dark when it came to the East side. Not knowing which overlooks to stop at, I opted to stop at them all.
There wasn’t much to see along the alpine section, but Saint Mary Lake was another story. While not as big as Lake McDonald on the West side, Saint Mary Lake on the East side is still a hefty ten miles long. There are a lot of overlooks, and I have no idea which one I shot this from ...
