End of the Road

I'm so glad I decided to drive the East side of the Sun Road while chasing the aurora at Glacier. I spent three hours on the East side and only saw a handful of cars. It was so peaceful; I felt like I had the entire park to myself.
The aurora surrounded me as the Winter Constellations were rising in the early morning. I was greeted by the Pleiades, Aldebaran, Capella, Rigel, Betelgeuse, Bellatrix, Castor, Pollux, Jupiter, and Mars. With the aurora draped across the Southern skies, the views across Saint Mary Lake were spectacular.
